Nick was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS. He graduated from BHS and attended Co-Lin for several years before leaving to pursue a semi-successful music career in Nashville. He later moved back to Mississippi to pursue life as a husband and father.
Not long after returning, Nick began playing and producing music full-time and has been doing so ever since. He also spent about eight years working for Malaco Music Group, where he produced, engineered, and mixed music for many bands and artists—from Mississippi to Muscle Shoals, as well as Limoux, France, and Zurich, Switzerland. He has since left that role to focus solely on his own studio and production company.
Nick is married to his incredibly talented and beautiful wife, who has been a band director and general music teacher at Lawrence County High School for nearly 20 years. They are the proud parents of a son, Carter, who is 16 and a percussionist in the LCHS band.
Nick and his family now live in Wesson, MS. They attend CenterPoint Church and are devoted to their Savior, Jesus Christ. Their lives are centered on serving Him and making disciples who seek to do His will so that He may be glorified.
