Born and raised in Brookhaven, Wyatt has been playing music since before he can remember. The Lord blessed him with a passion and a natural talent for music in general, but drums in particular. He got his start at a very young age playing drums at the Baptist Student Union at Copiah-Lincoln Community College as well as joining Centerpoint in 2017. He served in other worship settings as well as in a local rock band before moving to Nashville to attend The Blackbird Academy - Professional School of Audio, where he learned how to work in a recording studio setting. He joined Renovation Church in Gallatin, TN outside Nashville and served until early 2020. He then moved back home to Brookhaven, joining secular bands and becoming a full time musician, which also made him a full time missionary. Wyatt plays in venues and bars all across the country and tries to shine his light for Jesus in even the darkest places, having countless gospel encounters over the years. Jesus said “when you do it to the least of these, you’ve done it to me.” With Jesus’ words on his heart and mind, Wyatt has made a career not only out of playing music, but ministering to those who maybe wouldn’t otherwise be ministered to.
